| Description: | We are in search of a full time Facilitator to work in a Rehabilitation Day program with clients with disabilities including mental illness and developmental/intellectual disabilities to develop work readiness skills. Computer skills/experience is preferred. Hours are Monday thru Friday 8AM - 4PM. |
| Duties: | •Facilitate Club Program activity as assigned and acts as a magnet involving as many members as possible in meaningful unit activities.
•Provide psychiatric rehabilitation to members in the Club Program including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of members needs, progress, and outcomes.
•Insure smooth day-to-day operation of program activities and service delivery to members.
•Provide transportation for members as assigned.
•Implement crisis intervention actions as appropriate.
•Facilitate social/recreation activities as scheduled.
•Promote effective relationships among members, families and service providers and educate them where appropriate regarding mental illness and Way Station services.
•Maintain current, accurate, and complete documentation related to all service functions.

| Qualifications: | •Possession of a bachelors degree in related field or professional license (e.g. COTA, RN).
•Positively referenced relevant work, student or volunteer experience.
•Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
•Willingness to use personal vehicle or WSI vehicle to transport Way Station members and provide a copy of a valid certificate of automobile insurance.
