| Description: | Assist clients with serious mental illness. Working on their goals, housing, budget, med issues, doctor appointments, etc. Will provide services in their homes and/or community.
Monday thru Friday, some evenings and weekends
Requires a good driving record |
| Qualifications: | Positions requires a BA/BS in human services in the mental health field; or equivalent cominbation of education and experience. |
