| Description: | Our Pathways Day Program has a full-time opening to work with a diverse population of individuals with mental illness and developmental disabilities with their daily needs and activities. This individual will be expected, through training and experience, to exercise independent judgment with supervision by a Site Supervisor. |
| Duties: | -Performan individual assessment, planning and implementation in both structured and unstructured settings.
-Prioritize client needs and manage time to complete assignments daily.
-Develop and maintain daily structure in program.
-Other duties as assigned. |
| Qualifications: | -Possession of High School Diploma or GED.
-Related experience/education preferred working with individuals having mental illness and/or developmental disabilities.
-Valid driver's license, updated auto insurance, and vehicle required. |
